1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing products from Shijiazhuang Aoge Polyurethane Products Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access our services or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2 Products & Customization

We specialize in manufacturing high-performance PU transmission belts, including PU Round Belts, PU V-Belts, PU V-belts with super rough top, and Polyurethane pentagonal belts.

• Standard Specifications: Product specifications, such as diameter (Φ 2 to Φ 20), hardness (Shore A 80A to 95A), and elongation rates (5-8%), are provided as general guidelines. While we ensure precision, slight tolerances typical of extrusion and vulcanization processes may apply.

• Customization (OEM/ODM): We offer custom solutions for non-standard lengths, diameters, and special surface roughness. Custom orders are subject to specific agreements, approved technical drawings, and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).

3 Orders & Pricing

As a true factory-direct manufacturer, we provide direct factory pricing with no middlemen involved, passing the savings directly to our global buyers.

4 Quality & Warranty

We take pride in our stringent quality control. Every batch of PU pellets and finished belts is rigorously tested for tensile strength, elongation (≤5-8%), and abrasion resistance before shipping.

If you receive defective products, you must notify us within the timeframe specified in your purchase agreement (typically 14 days upon receipt). Our warranty is limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the purchase price, at our sole discretion. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, overloading beyond specified capacities, or misuse.

5 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shijiazhuang Aoge Polyurethane Products Co., Ltd., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of our products.
